Applied Omic Sciences

A three-day training course on omics sciences, organized by professors Sébastien Rodrigue and Pierre-Étienne Jacques (University of Sherbrooke), took place alongside the annual Op+lait meeting and was a resounding success.
 

 

During these three days, our students were able to learn more about library preparation, sequencing, and bioinformatics analysis of bacterial genomes thanks to this high-quality applied training.
