Technological workshop on dairy production and processing

The third edition of the technology workshop on dairy production and processing, which took place on June 6 at ITAQ (Saint-Hyacinthe), was once again a success.
In addition to a theoretical component, participants were able to tour the dairy plant and the farm and even had the opportunity to test their sense of smell in a workshop on identifying milk odors!
